The place is comfortable and has a pleasant feel, and the location is great. Some details could use better upkeep, but I still had a very good experience and would call it a great place to stay.

The courtyard is beautiful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly, breakfast is nice, and the WiFi works well. It’s also very reasonably priced and only a short walk from the centre. Without a doubt, the best hotel in San Cristobal. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we visit.

I stayed for a week and found it comfortable for an affordable price. The bed was good, the curtains kept the room dark, and there was practically none of the usual local noise from dogs, chickens, or traffic.

The grounds are lovely and well cared for, with several nice places to sit in the courtyards, and the staff are pleasant. The rooms are well appointed, from the floors and furniture to the bathroom, and the WiFi is good. Showers are generously sized, and dispensers in some corridors have hot or cold water. The restaurant food was unremarkable. The bathroom looks nice, but its door opens in a way that makes getting to the toilet awkward. The pretty sink is so shallow, or the faucet so high, that water usually splashes onto the space between the sink and the wall.

The employees were excellent, and the customer service was exemplary. It’s quiet and comfortable here. Breakfast costs extra, but the quality and convenience made it worthwhile. We’d definitely choose to stay again.
