The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were always smiling and very helpful. A great experience, 5 stars.

The mattresses and beds were old, the rooms smelled really bad, and there were other people’s hairs on the pillows.

I was really impressed. Great price, a great attached restaurant, and staff who were all extremely helpful, polite, and friendly. Thank you!!!

It was just adequate for one night. There’s very little space, the bathroom is extremely cramped, and it wasn’t clean.

Parking is available away from the neighborhood’s busy, narrow streets, although we didn’t travel by car this time. The location is a two-minute walk from the bustle of the historic city center, with shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, and museums. We stayed four days at Jardines del Centro. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful 24/7. Awesome place to stay. We’re planning to return to beautiful San Christobal de las Casas and stay here again.
