The staff were welcoming throughout, and Jordan was always ready to help. Parking was available, which made things much easier. The location is excellent for getting around, and the rooms are spacious enough to settle in comfortably. It was quiet and pleasant, so resting was easy. There were a couple of things that could use attention: the bathroom often smelled noticeably of sewage, and the walls had quite a few marks that made the rooms feel less inviting. A refresh would improve the experience. Still, it was a good stay.

What stood out most was the service. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful, especially Edmundo and Fernanda, who went above and beyond during my stay. The location is fantastic, with plenty of cafés and restaurants just a block away near Fuente Cibeles. The area felt safe, and having someone at the front desk 24 hours a day gave me extra peace of mind.

The room felt like its own little apartment, with loads of space and a clean, modern, comfortable setup. I also loved the shower after a full day out, great pressure and nice finishes, even though the bathroom itself was on the small side. Getting around was so easy from ULiV Cibeles. I could walk to bakeries, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and OXXO, and it made my solo CDMX trip feel effortless. Such a good home base for the price. I’d happily stay again and have already told friends about it.

Edmundo made our visit feel especially welcoming. He was so personable, and his enthusiasm for Mexico City, its history, and its culture really came through when he shared what he knew. We had a wonderful stay at ULIV Cibeles in Roma Norte, where the location is excellent and easy to explore on foot. We’d gladly come back.

For the price, it was good. The location is great, and it was quiet. The water was hot too, which I’d wondered about after reading some reviews before booking. The staff were attentive and kind. The rooms could’ve been cleaner, but honestly it wasn’t a big deal. The facilities could use a little TLC as well.
