10/10
The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, and the bed was comfortable. Our room felt more like a bedroom than a hotel room, and the place was quite affordable compared with similar options. I haven’t stayed everywhere in San Cristobal de las Casas, but this seems like a perfect base for a restful night and exploring town.

It was okay, though a bit noisy. The main suite is by a busy street and across from the front desk, so if you open the door, anyone can easily see inside.
