The host was amazing and happy to suggest places to eat and things to do, as well as answer our questions. We loved being able to use the kitchen, and the bed was comfortable. The fireplace was especially nice in the evening.

There was lots of space, everything was very clean, and we had plenty of hot water. The place itself is excellent, and it's fairly close to most restaurants, pharmacies, and shops. Service and treatment were great. A few things kept it from earning the last star: there were no kitchen utensils or cleaning supplies, which would be useful in an emergency even though they have a separate cleaning service. There was no TV either. With the current COVID situation keeping people from going out much, internet is available, but a TV would have helped. I also wish the linens were changed daily instead of every three days.

I'm still waiting for half the 2450 euros I was charged. I was very confused because I'd already waited a whole week for a refund for the airport transfer, which never arrived on the day I got to Tuxtla.

The location is great, and the place is beautiful, spotless, and well looked after. It looks even better in person than in the photos. I loved it 😁
