We were in room 13 for a week and really liked the space, the little balcony, and the morning light. There were lots of blankets, the staff were friendly, and the Wi-Fi was great. You can also use the kitchen, and there's a TV room. Noise comes through from the neighboring room, so it depends on having considerate neighbors. It's safe and an easy walk to the main square. For the price, I can't complain, and I'd recommend staying here.

The road nearby makes for a lot of noise: traffic carries on late and starts up early, and you can hear people in neighboring rooms clearly too. The rooms are rustic, though the showers are good. The location is convenient and the staff were helpful. We also booked a Sumidero Canyon cruise with viewpoints through the hotel for 660 pesos, and it was a great trip.

The courtyard was a nice place to gather, with a fire each evening for keeping warm and chatting with other guests. There's also a full guest kitchen and a pool table. Rooms are clean and basic but comfortable, with hot water in the shower. It was somewhat noisy.

Everything was perfect for me in San Christobal. The room was clean and spacious, there was hot water and a kitchen to use, and I loved the sweet cat and dog. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I could stay here forever! ❤️

The staff are super friendly, and there's a nice shared area with nightly bonfires and a pool table. My room was big and clean. Probably the best value place in San Cristobal.
