Hampton by Hilton Aguascalientes Downtown

There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, shopping malls, and fast food nearby, and it’s easy to get onto the highway to Leon Mexico or the Aguascalientes second ring road. The price felt fair for what I got, and this Hilton met my expectations from other stays at Hilton hotels in other cities. My room was a little small, though the space was used and decorated well, with good furniture and electronics. The bed was more or less comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the shower area was excellent. Staff were attentive and generally friendly, and breakfast was decent for the price.

The room was very clean, the location was good, and the nights were quiet. Still, I had a few problems: the safe didn’t work, I didn’t get towels, the internet kept disconnecting, and the TV had no signal.

After nine days traveling through Zacatecas, Jalisco, and Aguascalientes, La Cabaña was one of the best restaurants we tried. The food was fresh, not extremely spicy, and very affordable.

My husband and I had a terrific stay and would 100% return. The hotel and our room were clean, and we felt safe and welcome. The staff were extremely helpful and very nice. I didn’t report my two issues: the bed was too firm and I wish it had been softer, and the fridge didn’t keep food and drinks cold enough.
