The room was neat and clean, and there was a small bar with Mexican and international beers. Breakfast was awesome, with a healthy range of fruit and drinks like beet, papaya, pineapple, watermelon, and melon, plus sweet bread and a traditional Mexican breakfast with real tortillas and quesadillas. Service was attentive and professional.

We've stayed at Holiday Inn Monterrey Norte three times now, and it's become our pick whenever we visit. The Astros restaurant is fantastic, and we made use of room service, laundry, and the computer room. The customer service is the best, and you get everything you'd expect from a five-star hotel at a reasonable price. There's also good security at night. Nothing bad to say about the place.

The hotel has plenty of amenities and is in a very nice location. The front desk staff speak both English and Spanish, and the rooms have two king-size beds. The lighting is pretty dim, so the room feels darker at night. A bathtub would have made it feel more luxurious.
