The location was unbeatable, and the hostel was spotless, down to bedding and blankets that smelled like flowers. There was good wifi, nice facilities, and beautiful common areas. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so lovely and always happy to help with tours or activities around San Cris. I loved it here, one of the best hostels I've stayed in, and only wish I could've stayed longer.

Snail had such a peaceful feel, and I loved the attic and the calm outdoor area, a lovely break from the business of San Cristobal. My private room felt like something out of Harry Potter, especially for the great price. The hostel is wonderfully different and relaxing. The front desk worker was friendly and informative, and had really sweet taste in music.

I had a great 8-day stay and would highly recommend Snail to other travellers. It's right in the centre of San Cristóbal, with easy access to the main attractions, and the internet was fast and dependable. The rooms were comfortable, very clean, and the daily breakfast was proper food, not biscuits. The building is lovely, and the professional staff were kind and gave excellent information about tours and other things to do.

I keep coming back whenever I'm in San Cristobal. It's clean and roomy, with a fabulous breakfast included. The staff are helpful and have a really positive attitude. Great hostel.
