Terraza Suites

The terrace has a great view and works well for getting together with friends. The rooms are bright, roomy, comfortable, well located, and well equipped, with the furnishings and utensils you'd want for a longer stay. Internet is excellent. You're near the Guadalupe pedestrian walkway, cathedral, central park, and Santo Domingo church, with supermarkets and plenty of restaurants nearby. Just remember to budget extra for cleaning.

This is a small place with just 5 suites, and I rented by the month at a quite reasonable price. The suites are very clean and well maintained, with all you need for a comfortable stay: a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, hot water, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. You can get a double or king-size bed. It's well located near the city center, with everything you need within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

We stayed for a month, and the place suited two people perfectly, with more positives than negatives. Gaby was a wonderful host and handled most of our complaints right away. Isa, her partner, also did her best to help us rest comfortably. The terrace was an extra treat, where we could greet the morning, see the pink sky, and watch the fireworks~!!!

I stayed for a month, and Gabi, the owner, looked after me in many ways, so I was comfortable there. The place is clean, the water pressure is good, and the location is great. The only downside is that there's not much natural light!?
