We stayed in the beachside cabanas, which were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always available.

The only downside was leaving. Bring the RV, flip-flops, and a good excuse for not heading home. You’re right by the beach, with a relaxed atmosphere, and the sunsets are the sort that make you forget your ex existed. The RV sites have million-dollar views at Baja prices, and the hotel is comfortable and clean, close enough to hear the waves and reconsider your mortgage back home. Victor is a legend, keeping things running smoothly and seeming like he could fix a truck, grill a steak, and out-fish you all in one afternoon. Seaside Hotel & Victor's RV Park in San Felipe is the spot if you want to park so close to the beach you can roll out of bed onto the sand. It’s like camping with margaritas and ocean views that might make you wonder why you didn’t retire early in Mexico.

We spent one night here in 2024 on our way to Baja Sur with our toyahuler fifthwheel. The sites were still very small and uneven, and we didn’t notice any improvements since the price went up. Six years ago we remember paying $20-30 a night, but this time it was around $60, which feels ridiculously expensive. Maybe that’s why we didn’t meet any other travelers at the campground. Next time we’ll stay somewhere else.

Lily was a lovely host, quick to answer any questions, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend in the two bedroom house, which worked perfectly for five people. It was very clean and had enough supplies, right on the beach. The AC was impeccable: outside it was 111°F, and it cooled the house to 66°F. This was our second stay at Victor's Seaside Rv, and we recommend it to everyone. We are the Mendoza Fam.

I stop at Victors on my way south. It’s a lovely place for a relaxing first break after crossing, with great food, accommodating staff, and a beautiful view. The Malacon is a short walk away.
