There was nobody at the property, and I couldn’t get in. They hadn’t sent the entry details I needed, though Expedia had already charged my card. I couldn’t reach them, so I eventually had to book somewhere else. The next day, they messaged me to say they were keeping the payment and wouldn’t refund it. Even the booking process is a nightmare, with all kinds of online documents. They treated me poorly and left a bad taste in my mouth. I had to spend a lot on new accommodation, otherwise I’d have been left on the street.
