Hotel Paseo Palmas

Comfortable.

We only needed somewhere to shower and sleep before a wedding, but this stay turned into a mess. Last Saturday we paid for two rooms and got the keys. About 10 minutes later, because the place already made us uncomfortable, we checked the beds and found bed bugs all over the headboards in both rooms. Every space seemed to have one. We went looking for the person who had handed us the keys, but nobody was there. We left, frustrated and unhappy, and found another hotel. What a difference, it made our day better. Losing $1,200 pesos because we didn't check sooner was bad, but the service was worse. We called the hotel number MANY TIMES within 10 minutes of paying and got no answer. We kept calling the next day until someone finally responded. They asked us to send evidence by WhatsApp, then said they'd refund only one room and that they weren't going to burn the place down over $600 pesos. That's how a 15-year-old establishment burns down for $600 pesos. The photos online are old. The rooms are neglected, there's no reception, the billiards area shown looks abandoned, and cockroaches are everywhere. Families and couples, don't waste your money. There are other options around the same hotel for the same price or a little more, and you can avoid all this. Greetings and blessings to all 🫶🏽

The rooms are comfortable and modern, and the staff are attentive. Excellent service. Highly recommend.
