The beach is about a ten-minute walk away, through a lively, lovely town where roosters wander in the road. The hotel itself is tucked off the beaten path and has a quaint, beautiful feel. Outside, there are three pools: one hot, one warm, and one cold. Breakfast was delicious at the little coffee shop in the morning, and restaurants are about a block away. Our room was on the top floor, three flights up. It felt very safe for the whole family.

Ren and Abril at the front desk were especially kind and ready to help, and the welcome from the staff was warm and professional from the start. The hotel is clean and well cared for, with beautiful facilities and thoughtful details that made it easy to relax. We had a perfect stay, definitely a 10/10, and would gladly come back. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a memorable visit.
We stayed in a double queen room with a private jacuzzi and used it every night. There was construction during our stay, from 10am to 5pm. The rooftop has a gorgeous jacuzzi, a cold pool, and a massage table.
The staff were great, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The facility was another matter. The courtyard pool stays shaded nearly all day, and it wasn't well cared for, with bird poop and iguana droppings everywhere. There seemed to be a boiler issue too: every couple of minutes, day and night, it made a 40-second sound that started like a tuba, then a conch shell, and ended like a sour French horn. The curtains don't fit well, so the room never gets dark, though the windows in the shower and lav let in enough ambient light for a nighttime visit. I get that it's Mexico, but the prices are premium for what they call a Mexican experience, and that sucks. Shame.
This was our second stay at this great little hotel. Everyone on staff was wonderful, even while we were locked down because of Cartel activity in PV.
