We’ve seen several whales right from our balcony. They’re just offshore from December-April. The beach has rocks, so swimming in the ocean isn’t possible, but the pools have stayed uncrowded since we got here. Service has been fantastic and everything’s been great. Our room has a huge shower, though I was a little disappointed it didn’t have a bathtub. A few helpful things: US dollars are accepted, so there’s no need to exchange money unless you’re going off the resort. Ask the concierge to reserve one of the Bali Beds on the beach.

We loved having lunch and cocktails by the pool, and every meal at the three restaurants was a pleasure. The setting at Zoetry wellness resort at Casa Del Mar is beautiful, and our room was excellent, with its own balcony. The people were so friendly and the service was exceptional. It felt like a little piece of heaven.

The grounds are very well kept, and the beach is an easy walk away. We rented a spotless condo for our vacation. There are at least five pools, ranging from smaller ones to the big hotel pool with a swim-up bar.

A quiet, low-key getaway beside the Hilton, with good food and drinks. It’s about 15 minutes from either of the two towns, and everything else is closer.
