The grounds and landscaping are beautiful, and the staff are professional and kind. Security is on duty around the clock, and everyone always wears masks. There are three pool areas linked by waterfalls, with bridges crossing the pools, plus Jacuzzis, mini pools, and a gas BBQ that gets cleaned every night. Individual condos are available to rent from owners. This isn’t a place for loud parties, with quiet hours from 10pm-7am.
It’s really quiet in phase one, with no road noise, and the landscaping is kept in great shape. The staff are great, too. There are 5-6 pools, a hot tub, a gym, and tennis courts.

The grounds are spotless and the layout is lovely. It felt peaceful, with hardly anyone around, maybe two or three people at most. Great rooms and views, too.
Amazing sunrises and endless sandy beaches make this a lovely Oceanside property. Swimming is rarely safe, though you can surf and rent boards about a 2km walk along the beach. The grounds are immaculately maintained, with pools, outdoor kitchens, and well-kept pickleball, tennis, and gym facilities. Security is solid if that matters to you. It’s also easy to get on and off the freeway. We’ll be back.
