Breakfast was really tasty, and it’s an easy walk into the quite nice town center. The room was lovely with a beautiful view, though the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. It’s definitely not ADA accessible, with lots of steps.

Breakfast was homemade and delicious, with a different menu each day. We had chilaquiles one morning and enchiladas the next, plus fruit, coffee, and juice. The staff were all very kind and helpful. The terrace was wonderful for hanging out, and you can ask to buy a beer or another drink before a meal. The views of the Peña from there, from the common areas, and from the beautifully appointed rooms are stunning. Lovely hotel in Bernal!

The view from the room is amazing, and it’s a lovely spot for a getaway or a romantic weekend with someone special. The hotel keeps things simple, and the service still exceeded my expectations after I’d read all the good reviews. The staff take time to check that you’re okay and have what you need. It gets cold at night, so bring warm pajamas, though they provide blankets too. The water is hot and the Wi-Fi is good. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in so far.

There’s clear care in how this beautiful hotel has been put together, and the views of the peña de Bernal are amazing. My only disappointment was breakfast. For the price and this level of hotel, I expected fresher, better-quality food and more variety.

The food was just right, from fresh lunch sandwiches to delicious chilaquiles at breakfast. It’s a charming, cozy place to relax and enjoy the view of the Peña de Bernal. I’ll be back soon :)
