We felt like family thanks to the kind, accommodating staff, and we'll definitely come back. Our clean, comfortable room had a fantastic view of Peña Bernal, a really comfortable bed, and a hot shower with great pressure. The plaza is an easy walk, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the restaurant next door, especially the AMAZING shrimp empanadas!

The hotel was spotless and the staff were very kind. There were also lots of interesting places close by, which made for a great stay.

It's a nice, rather old-fashioned place, but the bed and pillows really need replacing. I haven't slept on a bed this uncomfortable since I was a child, 35 years ago.
