We came from Columbus, OH, and had a great stay. The place was super clean, and the staff made us feel so welcome. We’d read the reviews and had some doubts, but coming was the best decision. We needed to unwind and get our minds off work, and that’s exactly what we got to do. Veronica kept our room clean all the time. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

For a starting price of $850 pesos, the value is hard to beat. We got in around 11pm- midnight, and the friendly receptionist was there in a well-kept building. The rooms and bathrooms have been updated, the TV works, and the beds are comfortable with warm blankets. I wish I’d taken pictures. I’ll stay here again next time I visit Guanajuato.

I came from OHIO, USA for vacation and found the peace and quiet I needed. The cleaning staff and everyone else were wonderful. I’ll definitely return, and I’d recommend this place for sure. If I could give it more stars, I would.

The common areas are kept in great shape, and the restaurant breakfast is a highlight: fresh, delicious, and varied, with local and international choices. My room was spacious and spotless, with modern decor that felt relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable, and even the lighting was a nice touch.
