The staff were friendly, and the location is great, very close to the cathedral. But even though the place looked clean, my room had fleas and the bathroom was dirty. The TV picture was poor, too. I was on the third floor, and with my mom's leg problems, having no elevator made things uncomfortable.
6/10
There’s no restaurant, so this is really just somewhere clean to sleep for the night. It’s close to the Basilica de San juan de los lagos.
2/10
For such a basic hotel, the service was awful. They only brought room service after I complained, and when I tried to book another day, they wanted to charge me a lot more.
2/10
They split up our group however they wanted. Mr. José was attentive, though he didn’t get much resolved. There’s no elevator, no hot water early in the morning, and no vans to pick you up. The place smelled bad, the bathrooms had no ventilation, and it was in an ugly area.
8/10
There aren’t any luxuries, but it’s comfortable and very close to the cathedral of San Juan de los Lagos. It works well if all you need is somewhere to sleep and shower before heading out to walk around the next day.
