Hotel Morelos

The only things I liked were the view toward the cathedral and being near the park and cathedral. Everything else was awful. The walls were dirty and scratched, the kitchen was filthy, and there wasn't a microwave. I wouldn't dare turn on the stove because it seemed likely to explode. The pool was in terrible shape. In the bathroom, the toilet was in awful condition, there was a sewage smell, and there was limescale and mold. The TV kept freezing, had missing buttons and only seven channels, and the remote was in bad shape with corroded batteries. You could hear everything outside the room. The sheets had dried blood, the floor was covered in dust and hair, there was gum stuck to the headboard, and there were dead bedbugs and cockroaches in the rooms. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. CHECK THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU GO.

I got this room, and it was clean. It also had a beautiful view and was close to the cathedral.

We eventually left because my room was dusty, had no hot water, and cockroaches came out. The service was terrible. We told the staff about the problem so they could fix it, but nobody ever came. Several rooms had no hot water, everyone complained, and they did NOTHING.

The bathroom was no more than 50 centimeters across, and the beds had bedbugs. The rooms were disgusting, the air conditioners made more noise than air, and the service was terrible.
