The staff were really friendly and supportive, with top-notch service. There's a standard breakfast, and the hotel can arrange a ride. I did miss having creamer for the in-room coffee. Reception should keep some culinary items on hand in case they're needed, as is common in the US and Canada.

I spent five nights here and can't think of much good to say. After checking in online and choosing a room, I arrived to find it in complete disarray, with towels on the floor and everything. They moved me to a smaller room on a lower level. Getting the bartender's attention took repeated waving and calling, even though she was only three feet away chatting with locals. When she finally responded, she acted as if I was bothering her. I sat there for 20 minutes with an empty bottle. I'm not coming back. There's a Holiday Inn down the street, closer to the only restaurants around.

For work in the industrial area, the location is really convenient. The staff were friendly, and the amenities were good. My room was a bit small, though, and the sheets looked old and worn. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

As a loyal Hilton customer, I booked this place partly because of the good reviews. That was a big mistake. I arrived Sunday at 1:30 pm and was told my room would be ready at 3, but it wasn't available until 5. Waiting wasn't the main issue. The hallway carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, and my room smelled musty with a hint of urine. It hadn't been vacuumed either. There were dirty handprints on the walls, hair in the sink, and what looked like a spilled Coke by the bathroom light switch. Under the bed I found a dirty floor, dead bugs, and a bottle cap. The front desk staff were nice enough and said the hotel had been full over the weekend, which they gave as the reason for the poor cleaning. The location is also inconvenient, with no restaurants, shops, or gas stations within walking distance. It's on a busy road, and trucks went by all night. I don't understand the positive reviews and wouldn't recommend staying here. At $88 a night, it wasn't even a deal. I was there in mid-July 2016. I found one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in across town, a hacienda by the mall with restaurants right next door and lots of places to walk nearby. It was only about $10 USD more per night, which felt like a bargain. I hope this helps someone.
