The people we met, from across the country and abroad, were open, interesting, fun, and on the same wavelength. It was my first visit to the ranch, and I brought six friends. The villas were lovely and comfortable, the food was delicious and plentiful, and the staff were wonderful and always around when we needed them. We had a blast trying all the classes, and the treatments were top notch. The grounds and facilities were beautiful. It felt like a reset for our minds, bodies, and spirits. We only wish we'd booked a longer stay. We're already planning to come back.

I had a runner's reflexology massage and they broke my toe. The owner's daughter's dog bit me, and because I'm allergic to garlic, I was served the same dinner eight out of nine nights. I used to visit often before Covid. There were small bumps then too, but I always couldn't wait to return. The place is still beautiful, and they refunded my money, but it isn't what it used to be.

The food was a highlight. There was a colorful spread at every meal, mostly farm-to-table from the ranch, including olives, eggs, fruit, and vegetables. I hiked or ran each morning, got over 20k steps a day, did yoga and strength training, and ate almost entirely vegetarian. I still felt completely satisfied, and never touched the snacks I'd brought. This was my second visit, and I just got back from another incredible week. It has that summer-camp-for-grown-ups feel. The views and topography are stunning, the grounds are beautifully kept, and the villas spotless, but the people really make it. Staff go above and beyond, and the guests are friendly, warm, and inspiring. I met so many great people.

Intimate, unpretentious, and lovely, this is a soulful place to get away beneath Mt Kuchumaa. The people and what you learn here make it special. I keep wanting to return.

People consider it the first SPA in all of America, and it lives up to that reputation. Everything feels in sync, from the vibe and food to the facilities, quiet, and trainings. By far the best SPA destination in the country. I've made Natural/organic SPA products for the country's most luxurious SPAs for 11 years, so trust me, you won't want to leave.
