One Durango

We waited over two hours for our room, and there was no food service. The WiFi was painfully slow, and the room was tiny, though the view from the window was nice. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The location is a real plus, with the hotel attached to the mall, and security made it seem safe. Vero, the housekeeper, was very sweet, and our room was clean. Still, the room rates don't feel fair for such small rooms, and the mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. The sink barely had any water pressure, the towel hangers were loose, and maintenance seemed neglected. Breakfast got repetitive. I wish they'd rotate the menu during the week or add American choices like pancakes or waffles. I expected a bit more from a hotel promoted as one of the nicer ones.

The staff were attentive and helpful. Rooms are compact but thoughtfully laid out, with storage in the furniture, comfortable beds, clean, well-ventilated bathrooms, and adjustable temperature. The elevators to the room floors use a key code, which adds privacy. Prices are affordable.

Rooms are small, but they've got what you need, including USB charging ports in the wall, which I liked. It feels like a new hotel and is good value for the money. Parking can be a bit difficult. It's beside a shipping mall, with bars and restaurants nearby.
