The wedding venue was beautiful and so peaceful, and the food was excellent. We came down from Canada and stayed four nights, though I wish it had been longer. There was a language barrier since not many staff spoke English, but we were well looked after. The weekend brunch was phenomenal.

The air conditioner in room 201 at Villa Antigua didn't cool properly during my stay from 5/22/2025 to 5/25/2025, and it left a large puddle on the floor. I had to move my belongings to keep them from getting wet and to avoid slipping. I reported it to the front desk, but it wasn't fixed in a timely way. The room stayed uncomfortable through the night, and this was a serious inconvenience and safety concern. I expected better maintenance and service from a property with this reputation. I hope they take this feedback seriously so future guests don't run into the same problem.

The pool area is lovely, and the hotel itself is beautiful. Service was really good too. Seems like a perfect spot for weddings.

The food was a real highlight, very good, and staff were helpful with a good service mindset. There's free WiFi throughout, which is a big plus. The hotel has great views, and the rooms are comfortable, though they're not especially new and are missing some amenities.

The rooms look nice and have quality components, and staff were attentive. Most of the food was good, though some of the beef was pretty chewy. The facilities are generally okay, but a few areas seem neglected. The kids' area especially is falling apart.
