Posada de las Minas

I haven’t stayed overnight at Posada de las Minas Hotel, so I can only speak to the restaurant. The dining experience left a lasting impression, and I’d be glad to return for another meal. We felt welcome in the cozy atmosphere, with friendly, attentive staff who knew the menu and were willing to accommodate our dietary preferences. The hotel’s charm also caught my attention. The food was the highlight. Everything we ordered was delicious, from appetizers through dessert. The flavors were balanced, the presentation lovely, and the ingredients seemed fresh and high-quality. Though it’s a small hotel, the restaurant gave us an experience that rivals some of the best in the area. The staff’s service and attention to detail made a strong impression, and I can only imagine the accommodations are just as good. I recommend Posada de las Minas Hotel to locals or tourists looking for a memorable meal or a cozy place to stay. It’s a hidden gem, and I hope to come back. This review is based only on dining, not an overnight stay.

The food was good quality and fresh, though the service was a little slow. It wasn’t too much to complain about, but I can’t give five stars because the can of diet coke I ordered was mostly frozen and exploded when I opened it. Silly mistakes like that shouldn’t happen.

I’ve stayed at lots of hotels around here, and this one has become my favorite. It’s well located, and if you come back late, they give you a key for a side entrance.

We had a lovely time and a comfortable night at this beautiful hotel. The location is excellent, the service was excellent too, and breakfast was delicious!!!!!
