It’s a comfortable place, and you can cook there. They should put labels on the fridge to make clear which food is theirs and avoid misunderstandings or guests taking food the place doesn’t provide.

The value for money was excellent, and I had a good experience overall. The location is about six blocks from Plaza Fundadores as the crow flies. My bed was large and comfortable, and while the flooring had seen better days, it was fine. There’s a ceiling fan, which helped, though it wasn’t always enough in this year’s heat. The bathroom looked nice, but it was shared, and the guests using it while I was there left it dirty. They suggest hiding the main entrance key and changing the combination, but once we arrived to find the key outside and the lockbox open.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and it felt like home. We had three adults and a child in one room without feeling cramped. Management sent the access instructions before arrival, so we didn’t have contact with other guests because of COVID-19. Getting to the city center took 10 minutes by car, and it was under a kilometer on foot. The location was excellent, the price was incredibly affordable, and we had a great stay. I spent more on food than on the two nights of accommodation.
