Hotel Fiesta Mexicana Pachuca

The sewage smell and rats in the parking lot were bad enough, and the noise policy seemed useless. I complained three times about a group occupying about 80% of the floor. They shouted in the halls, rattled cans, threw glass bottles, and held parties with extremely loud music. At 3 a.m. I was running through the hallways screaming, and management did nothing. It’s a hotel I’d avoid if you can.

We were booked a room by family for a family party, and the stay was awful. It was meant to be the "presidential suite," but one sheet had a worrying yellow stain and another had a cigarette burn. A chair’s cover was torn, and there was no phone in the room to reach reception. The door only had a press-button lock, which felt very insecure. The parking lot has so many columns that parking is a pain. Late one night I went to the car to get something I’d forgotten and saw two couples arrive. In one, the woman was completely drunk and could barely stand, yet they let her in. The man in the other couple was very drunk too, making a scene in the hallways; we even heard him vomiting. If you can, avoid staying here. It was a terrible experience 😟

We arrived at night and were still able to get dinner, which was delicious. The rooms were clean, prices affordable, and the service was excellent.

I stayed there last week, August 8, 9, and 10, 2025, and unfortunately I wouldn’t go back. The rooms looked dirty and were in poor condition. The bathroom was stained and damp. Because reception gave us so little information and attention, my room wasn’t cleaned the next day. I requested the service, but it still wasn’t done. Then we found pests: bedbugs appeared in my glass of water that I’d left on the nightstand. I really wouldn’t return.
