Casas Freda Departamentos

The bed was comfortable, and the location is right in the middle of the historic center. But I don't think the place is worth what it costs. The building has the look of old offices or medical practices from the 80s or 90s. It's not terrible, though the entrance feels frightening at night, tucked into a dark corner where you could even get mugged. The bathroom and shower have been adapted, but the design is awkward and not very functional. They also need another mirror. The only one is by the sink, and it's tiny.

It's a pleasant place, close to everything you need, and it can work for a few days in the center. But some significant problems affected my stay. The security systems are unreliable, and the doors often get stuck when you're coming or going. The water swings between cold and hot, with just about two minutes of lukewarm water before it shifts to one extreme. Communication is difficult too. Messages through the app can take more than 5 hours to get a response, or sometimes get no reply at all.

I unfortunately can't recommend this place. The service was poor, and the room listed as wheelchair accessible was very low quality. There were two broken pipes and the room flooded. The Wi-Fi didn't work, the sheets were dirty, and there was no toilet paper. On top of that, the washer/dryer next to the room ran from midnight to 4 a.m., so I couldn't sleep.

It was quiet, everything was excellent, and the location was good.
