Esplendor by Wyndham San Luis Potosi

The facilities were very clean and the staff attentive, but the room was a horrible experience. From room 222 I could hear the couple next door having sex, talking, and doing all sorts of things. The rooms are so poorly sealed that it felt like we were all in the same room, almost like a hostel. They share a window frame, and since they didn't install a separate window for each room, there's only a 1-2 cm gap between the wall and window. They also kept me waiting at the exit while they checked that my room was empty.

I booked through Booking.com and they were incredibly helpful with everything I needed. The service was excellent, a 10 out of 10 stay! Head of Reception Josue Contreras was especially friendly.

My boyfriend and I went to the spa a week ago, and I'd recommend it 10/10. They were ready for us when we arrived, and the massage therapists were attentive and answered all our questions. The steam room was very comfortable. The jacuzzi was bigger than I expected, though the water was very hot. Everything else was excellent, and there are showers where you can clean up and get ready to go out afterward. 🙌🏽

The spa is one of the best I've seen in a hotel, and it's right there in the San Luis industrial zone. The hotel seems relatively new, which may be why, but the service is excellent. It's amazing.
