The food was really good, and the staff were always helpful. We've stayed here twice and would come back. It's a very safe, family oriented hotel, well located for downtown SLP and within walking distance of the bus terminal. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting SLP.

The grounds were lovely and the pool areas were fantastic. We appreciated that they were pet friendly and accommodated my medical alert service dog. Our Junior Suite was spacious, with a great shower, coffee maker, fridge, and lots of hot water. The jacuzzi spa tub was awesome. Room service from the restaurant was tasty and reasonably priced. The bed could've been a little more comfortable.

The buffet was very complete, the food was delicious and well kept, and the live music was really cool. Staff and reception were friendly and helpful, and room delivery was right on time. Even if you arrive after the agreed time, they keep an eye on you. I had a double room and everything was perfect. The pool is a nice extra. The facilities are a little old, but they meet your needs. Great hotel!

I really liked that the TV had free Netflix, and the room's air conditioning worked well. The hotel is pretty and has a big pool. But our room was at the end of the hall right by a smoke detector that beeped all night. We brought fans, and could still hear it. I wish they'd changed the battery. The people at the desk could've been a bit nicer.

The rooms and hotel looked nice, but the WiFi kept disconnecting. It was also freezing in our room when we checked in; we turned on the heater and it warmed up eventually. The power went out for a few hours, which stopped the pumps supplying water to the rooms, though that wasn't the hotel's fault.
