We walked to and from Fabrica la Aurora, and the hotel is still only a few blocks from the main square, with shops and restaurants all around. It’s on a quieter side street, and our courtyard-facing room was peaceful, apart from fireworks one morning for a religious holiday. That wasn’t the hotel’s fault. The grounds and hotel are beautiful, with lush gardens, colorful flowers, elegant furnishings, and lovely architectural details. Our bed was among the most comfortable I’ve slept in, the shower and bath were hot with great pressure, and the towels and robes felt luxurious. A fresh bouquet was waiting in our room, and chocolates appeared on the bed during evening turndown. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order on fine china, and the on-site bar serves outstanding margaritas if you’d like a nightcap. Ramiro and Joan are wonderful hosts. From the moment we arrived at Casa Misha, we felt welcomed like old friends rather than first-time guests. The service is unparalleled. For a pampering stay in San Miguel de Allende, I highly recommend it.

We can’t wait to return to Casa Misha. It’s in an ideal spot for walking around the Centro, and the breakfast was delicious. Our room was charming and clean, and the staff went above and beyond to help us. They’ve thought of everything to make the stay pleasant.

The rooms are exquisitely comfortable, and the extensive private patios look out toward the Parroquia. With its luxurious boutique feel and location in the heart of San Miguel de Allende, it made for a relaxing stay. Valet parking is available.

We loved this peaceful little hotel in the heart of SMA. Every room has its own charm, and the hosts and staff are helpful and make you feel at ease. It’s an intimate, tasteful, beautiful place.
