Management, please get in touch. Antonia, your rooftop restaurant, closed without notice, leaving us without a venue for our birthday event on 9/4/2025, and you kept a significant deposit. We can’t get a response through any of your communication channels or find a way to reclaim the money. If you reach out and resolve the issue with the rooftop bar and event mismanagement, I’d be happy to delete this review.

The cleaning staff were excellent and really friendly, but the rest of my stay was disappointing. I had a lovely junior suite with a beautiful king bed and sitting area, plus a large bathroom. The shower pressure was very weak and the water took ages to warm up. I didn't try the jacuzzi tub. They advertise a pool, but there isn't one; staff said it had been gone for nine years. Breakfast was advertised too, but wasn't available. Reception weren't very helpful, and the elevator to the rooftop restaurant and bar worked only sometimes.

We were a family of four, and the view was one of the best parts of our stay. The on-site restaurant is also worth visiting. Still, this didn't feel like a four-star hotel in terms of service or amenities. We had no hot water, and the front desk couldn't get it fixed before we checked out. The suite came with a few bottles of water, but no mini fridge or electric kettle. Being beside downtown also means the side street is extremely loud. For the price, you may find better value somewhere else.

Bring earplugs. There was some unknown noise all night, like a big door slamming every 15 minutes from 3 am onward, and chairs scraping across the floor above us for much of the evening. The room itself was lovely, large and nicely decorated, with a king bed, two bathrooms, a sitting room and a fantastic view. Downtown is just a few minutes away on foot, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, including Antonias upstairs. A small fridge for drinks would be useful; we had to go into town to buy ice instead. Breakfast isn't included anymore, despite what earlier reviews say, though they do have morning coffee. A nice place, just not quite five stars.
