I loved the service and everyone’s lovely personality, including the owner, whom I got to meet. The hotel feels like heaven, and it’s brand new, very clean, with friendly and charismatic employees. It has the highest standards for a small town like San Miguel. Other hotels are rusty and old. There are no bugs, and the new pool and jacuzzi smell like flowers. The spa is very good and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this beautiful place if you like new surroundings.

The location is lovely and quiet, and it’s within walking distance of all the best sites and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful. Front desk staff were kind and friendly, and Abraham took great care of us in the restaurant.

Just a few blocks from the main square, this is a convenient hotel right in the heart of San Miguel de Allende. Its design, ambiance, warmth, and service make it a great choice. Highly recommended.

We arrived around 9:00 pm, dropped our bags, and went straight to the newly opened restaurant, Huitzil. It was a culinary delight. I recommend ordering whatever the chef suggests, from appetizers through the main courses. The room was lovely, with a cabin-like feel and contemporary architecture. The high-quality finishes show how much thought went into the design and construction. Parking is around the corner, and you can leave your car for 24 hours after arrival. Just remember that minibar items aren’t included and have to be paid for. We had a very warm, comfortable, enjoyable stay and will definitely return to this same hotel on our next visit to San Miguel de Allende.
