We had another excellent stay at Rocky and Gwen’s cute B&B, with its casita style. Their hospitality is lovely, the gardens are lush, and there are private and shared terraces. They bring a quality breakfast to your room every day and are so generous with their great suggestions. Travel problems made getting there stressful, but Rocky and Gwen were very accommodating. They have drivers who make things easy. After two stressful days on the road, we felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. The location is perfect for everything you'd want to do in SMA. Highly recommend.

Our unexpected return to San Miguel in August 2024 turned into a five week stay, and Rocky and Gwen were so gracious throughout. I'm grateful we found this little gem, Las Terrazas, and met such wonderful friends in them. We first visited San Miguel de Allende in April 2022. While looking for a place to stay, we found the highly rated Las Terrazas and were so happy with the choice. The B&B is beautiful inside and out, very comfortable, and has all the amenities. Gwen prepares a delicious breakfast, and the location is perfect. You won't be disappointed!

The wait was nearly three years, but staying at Las Terrazas was worth it. We were in Mariposa, with its fountain, patio, and incredible views, and had a perfect time. The gardens are lovely, the bed is wonderfully comfortable, and everything was clean and cozy. Rocky and Gwen are warm, caring hosts who made sure our questions and needs were handled. Breakfast was homemade each day and brought right to our room. We’ll miss them. You’ll relish your time here.

We were in town for a wedding and spent a few nights at Las Terrazas. The peaceful setting and beautiful views were lovely, and the homemade breakfast each morning was my favorite part. Gwen and Rocky were wonderful hosts. We had such a good time and highly recommend staying here.

Mariposa Casita looked even better in person than it did in the booking.com photos, which I didn’t think was possible. I’ve visited over 30 countries, and this was one of my top stays. Gwen and Rocky made us feel at home, and Gwen’s breakfasts were delicious, especially the quiches. We also loved the shared rooftop patio and the comfortable bed, with the fountain nearby. The shower had strong pressure and easy temperature control. Las Terrazas is about a five-minute walk from the main square, though it sits up a hill and away from the noise. SMA feels like heaven. We’ll remember this stay for a long time. Thanks, Gwen and Rocky, and we hope to see you again soon. Enjoy your wedding!
