The staff were warm, the rooms comfortable, and there were thoughtful touches throughout. Add the beautiful view and this is a wonderful choice for a visit to San Miguel de Allende. Thanks so much!

Our last night completely changed the trip. We came back to our room and found a large amount of money missing from both my bag and my boyfriend’s. My parents’ room had been robbed too. I felt violated and heartbroken. We contacted the owner right away, hoping for help or accountability, but got denial and defensiveness. There was a visible camera pointed into the hallway near our room, yet the hotel said it knew nothing and had no responsibility. The location and atmosphere seemed lovely at first, but this shattered our trust and ruined what should have been a memorable trip. I stayed here in March. If safety, security, and peace of mind matter to you, think twice before booking. I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.

A quiet oasis close to everything, with amazing rooftop views. The hotel is elegant and lovely, just steps from Parque Juarez and the restaurants along Ancha de San Antonio. The welcoming service professionals greet you when you arrive. There are first-floor rooms, and the lobby is very quiet, so they work well if you want ground-floor access. There are a few steps at the main entrance, and staff can help if needed. A perfect alternative to the large, well-known high-end hotels in San Miguel de Allende.

The front desk staff were the best and made our stay so enjoyable. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with excellent service, large rooms, comfortable beds, and lovely details. The furniture is beautiful and the bathroom tiles are elegant. We ate at the hotel restaurant several times, including room service, and everything was exceptionally tasty. We also had massages and highly recommend them. We’ll be back.
