I’ve stayed at Alicia's six different times, and every visit has been wonderful. The breakfasts are the best, and having a bakery and restaurants close by is great. Alicia and Chucco are the best hosts. It feels like home away from home, especially with the relaxed, authentic neighborhood setting off the beaten path. Definitely the place to stay.

Breakfast was such a treat, with fresh fruit and guacamole, plus an omelette one day and waffles the next. Alicia and Chuco's place is quiet and lovely without being far from the busy center, and the private room was such good value. I hope I can stay again. It’s also very close to La Conchita del Caribe, a great seafood restaurant.

Alicia, the owner, is very friendly and from the US, so there wasn’t a language barrier. Some rooms have hammocks you can hang up, which is super awesome. We had our own bathroom, and our sheets were changed every day. I’d definitely stay again and recommend it to friends visiting Cozumel.

I spent three weeks at Alicia's and loved my BNB stay. Chuck has breakfast ready early, and there are three good places to eat nearby, with about five more within a 10-minute walk. Sitting on the patio and talking is great. Looking forward toy next visit.

The breakfasts were amazing, and the dogs are so sweet. Alicia and Chuco were terrific, the room was really clean and comfortable, and I met great guests too. I’ll definitely be back.
