The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and checking in in the morning was a problem: nobody was at the front desk, and the room was padlocked. We had booked a room with air conditioning, but they didn’t honor that reservation. They said we’d need to pay another $250 pesos to get one. Terrible service.

For tourists, the location is excellent. The place is very clean, the staff are friendly, and it has air conditioning, hot water, and parking. Highly recommended.

We had to wait when we arrived because nobody was at reception, though the staff were friendly once there. The location is good and it was fine for a night's rest. The TV and internet didn’t work. In the standard room, the bathroom is cramped around the toilet and door, so you have to be careful using it.

It’s very close to Puente de Dios, and there’s parking. We paid $550 for two people. The room had a fan, but it was cool enough. Very clean and quiet, though there are boxing classes in the afternoons. It gets quiet later at night. The hotel is at the edge of town, but that’s no big deal since the town is so small. You can walk everywhere, and there are little shops all around. By the way, one photo here shows an unpaved street, but when I visited in October 2024, it had already been paved. I’d come back this time of year.
