The stay was lovely overall, and we were there for three nights. The beds felt firmer than we like, and the pillows were in rough shape. We asked for wineglasses and accidentally broke one. I expected to pay, but 400 pesos for an old-style glass that seemed worth maybe 50 really surprised me. They lowered it to 300 after I asked, though it still left a bad feeling. UPDATE: the hotel contacted me, apologized, and refunded the 300 pesos, saying it had been an administration error.

We could walk everywhere, and there was parking for our vehicle. The staff were really friendly too. Our room faced the pool and beach, though it wasn't on the ground floor, and we could leave the door open to hear the waves at night. It was wonderfully quiet for sleeping. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. We'd stay here again.

The rooms are clean and the location is great, but there was no hot water. Rooms facing the street are noisy.

The cleaning staff were excellent, and the hotel was kept in very good shape. We stayed in a bungalow with a basic, equipped kitchen, but it only had dishes and utensils for two, which made cooking some meals difficult. The LED lighting was so dim that the kitchen and eating area were hard to use. We also had some trouble when we arrived, though we did eventually get the room we'd booked. The pool area is narrow, so finding sun at certain times was a challenge. It was still a very nice place for a week or two.
