Eme Departamentos

The apartment was dirty when I arrived. There was hair and dirt on the bed and pillows, and the previous guest’s things were still in the closet. I showed this to the person who checked me in, who called a supervisor and sent them proof that the cleaning hadn’t been done properly. The supervisor said I could get a refund if I left, but they offered no other fix, such as sending someone to clean or moving me to another apartment. I trusted what they told me and left, so I had to rent a hotel instead. They still haven’t replied to my messages or refunded me. I booked for January 16, 2026, and only learned on arrival that there was no parking. They hadn’t mentioned that before I booked. Finding a spot yourself is hard in this commercial area, and you have to leave the car exposed on the avenue, far from the property. There’s no elevator either, so luggage has to go up the stairs. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place.

The staff answered quickly and were really friendly on WhatsApp. The apartments are amazing, and the place was super comfortable. I loved the pillows too, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed here for work and found it warm and comfortable. The location is good, and the prices are good too. Quality was 10/10, I’d highly recommend it.

Really liked these apartments, especially the amenities. They’re excellent.
