The room had a nice mountain view, and the breakfast buffet was good. A kind gentleman on the restaurant floor and the manager made the meal especially nice, with the manager even giving my husband a bit of history about some of the food. We liked being able to walk to the HEB grocery store, and the hotel connects to San Pedro Mall. The room itself was nice too. The hotel felt dark throughout, though, and there's no pool. For what we paid, I expected a pool. We had a good stay overall.

I was frustrated by how inflexible they were when I asked to change my non-refundable booking because of my child's unexpected medical issue. I understand the booking terms, but I expected a more humane, reasonable response from a brand I've trusted for years. I've stayed at NH properties around the world, so this was a real disappointment.

Alfredo was a great server, really attentive. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The central location is another plus. I highly recommend it.

Cristian was so kind while we waited for my mom to finish shopping. He got us settled and served us right away, then gave us lots of dinner suggestions when he heard we were deciding where to go. Being treated with that kind of respect and kindness is one reason I love coming back to Mexico.

The breakfast was great, and the staff were kind, though not many spoke both languages. The room materials felt low quality. There was just one 400 ml bottle of water for the room, which had no potable water.
