There’s a lot of maintenance needed, and it definitely wasn’t worth it. The pool stayed cold even with the heater, the dishwasher was too filthy to use, and the microwave made a strange noise. The refrigerator doors wouldn’t close properly, and some of the stove knobs wouldn’t light. The grill was dirty and had to be washed before we could use it. We were given very little toilet paper and soap, and only just enough towels after leaving the deposit when we arrived. The bathroom was flooded, and one showerhead was dirty, with a hair in it. The jacuzzi leaked, and the water heater kept shutting off and was hard to restart. It couldn’t keep up with the showers, and we had no hot water for a day and a half.

The gated community is lovely and quiet, but the villa leaves a lot to be desired, and the pools don’t work. The owner is awfully proud of the place.

The service stood out most, it was top-notch. The location was great too, and the whole experience was phenomenal.

A peaceful, lovely spot with beautiful spaces and excellent land. The building permit is large, too. It seems like a nice place for a summer home or to live.

It’s quiet here, but getting there isn’t very easy. It’s far from the center, and the price makes it hard to access.
