I wouldn't recommend this place if you're hoping to rest. Noise carries through the building, with music, footsteps, doors, and shouting going on late into the night. The room we rented was also dusty and dirty, and had spiders.

The room itself was comfortable, but parties in the neighboring rooms made far too much noise, so I wouldn't recommend staying here to rest. I booked for one night, and the owner hadn't told me there was an 8:00 PM latest arrival time. We got there at 10:00 PM after running into problems because we didn't know the distances and didn't have our own vehicle. The owner later called and asked for $100 for transportation to bring us the room keys. I found that very distasteful.

It gets cold this time of year, and there's no air conditioning. I asked the owner for help, but he ignored the problems and didn't respond to my requests, including needing another comforter. Cleaning supplies were lacking too. The price is already moderately high, and having to buy another comforter if you get cold just adds to the cost. If you can, DON'T RENT IT, you'll spend more in the end.

The location is excellent and very central, close to the church, plaza, and all the tours. I loved the place, it's super cool, and everything was very clean. The owner was great: I booked before leaving the State of Mexico, and when I arrived, he greeted me, handed over the keys, and showed me around. The rooms are comfortable, there's a spacious living room with a TV, and internet is available for free on your devices. The kitchen is fully equipped.
