The location is fantastic and the bedding is very comfortable, but the stay was full of frustrating details. At check-in, the woman initially couldn’t find our reservation. The elevator didn’t work, and the only stairs to the second floor had no handrails. The rooms run along a long, multi-story hallway that also has the restaurant kitchen. Its door was left open, and the noise kept us awake until very late. There was a cooking oil smell in the room, though that was nothing compared with the sewer odor in the bathroom. We booked two rooms, and the toilet water trickled constantly in both. The advertised pool was unusable because the water was too cold. The Wi-Fi QR code in the room was outdated, so we had to go to the front desk. Management seems to miss details in a place that could be a great hotel.

We liked the historic building and the location is great. The room was large, with a nice bed, and the price seemed fair for what you get. Cleanliness was okay, though it could have been better. Expect noise from live music in the plaza until around 10 pm.

Sleeping in this beautiful house from the 1700s was a lovely experience. The rooms are modern, and their style fits the house perfectly. The staff treated us very well and kept making sure we received quality service.
