The room was quiet and clean, the shower got very hot, and the bed was comfortable. It’s a short walk to the centre, with an Oxxo about 50m away. Some furniture was a little old, but so am I. A place to hang clothes would have been useful. There’s no sign, so I wasn’t sure I’d found the right place. There’s no reception either, but you can go through to the restaurant at the back for help. I was satisfied overall. It’s a basic room, though anyone wanting a hotel environment with staff and a reception will be disappointed.

I came for something other than the hotel, but there’s a very good restaurant tucked inside. They serve outstanding pancakes. Give it a try!

The photos don’t show what it’s really like. The rooms are old, there’s basically no service, and you can feel the mattress springs. The bathrooms aren’t maintained, and the price doesn’t match the “hotel”.

Right in the city center, and the hotel itself is lovely. The service was perfect.

We went for lunch around 12 and found several tables occupied. People say the lines start forming early, though. The chilaquiles cost somewhere around $130 to $150. Ours had chicken and cecina, and they were delicious. We also tried the pecan pie with vanilla ice cream, which was really tasty. The servings are generous, and they bring bread when you arrive. The meal comes with an Americano, a small glass of juice, and fruit. The place feels cozy and pleasant. We didn't try the pancakes since they stop making them at 1, even though they looked delicious. I wasn't staying at the hotel, just sharing my restaurant experience.
