Reforma Inn

I was warned that the reviews weren't good, so I arrived expecting little, but I left really satisfied. My room was number 8 and the bed was very comfortable. During my three days there, I saw a cleaning worker painting and fumigating, and I never spotted a cockroach. It's close to the Alameda, shops, and places to eat or go out. There weren't any foreigners around, either. I guess reviews do tell you something. 10 out of 10.

It's a quiet, simple place, and the staff were helpful with everything. The price is low and there's plenty to do nearby. Parking is on the street, though security is good. It was a pleasure staying here. Thanks, keep it up!

A nice place to unwind, with really attentive staff. The summer nights get very hot, though, and the fan could be better.

The night staff were helpful, but the room's cleanliness and general condition were disappointing. In room #22, cockroaches of different sizes were all over the bed area and bathroom. The beds creaked badly, and the curtains didn't cover the window facing the hallway properly, so there was hardly any privacy. Poor ventilation kept the heat trapped inside, and the fan didn't do much to help. Unless you absolutely have to, I'd avoid staying here if you don't want unwanted guests in bed with you. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't even use it for a stopover.
