Villas Roberto's Bistro

The coast view was fantastic, and the warm greetings and service made the evening a pleasant surprise. We’d come on friends’ recommendation to enjoy the full moon, and the ribeye and arrachera were grilled perfectly. It made for a lovely last night in Troncones. A must for anyone who loves meat!

The beet salad, ribeye, and grilled octopus we shared were beautifully presented and cooked just right, and we finished with flan. We danced the night away to a talented band playing hit after hit, including all our requests. It was our second visit to this amazing spot high above Troncones. The setting feels magical, the food is world class, and the atmosphere is so inviting. We come every year and wouldn’t miss a trip to Roberto’s. Already looking forward to coming back next February.

We had a wonderful meal with drinks tonight, and the excellent service made our first visit to the new location even better. The view was incredible, and the food and drinks were delicious. We’ll be back!

My room had two fans and insect nets over the beds, but there was no air conditioning. The rooms are older, though clean and well maintained, and all have oceanfront views. The restaurant is fantastic, with a dance floor overlooking the Pacific Ocean. I’d definitely stay here again.
