Hilton Guadalajara Midtown

The hotel is beautiful and sits in a great spot, with a shopping mall just steps away. The desk team were friendly, professional, and happy to answer questions. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the unusual Mexican dishes. Our first night, the shower was clogged, but after we called, a team arrived in about 10 minutes and fixed it. Great service. My one suggestion is to vacuum the carpet more carefully. I kept finding long blonde and gray/white hairs that weren't mine.

When my flight was canceled several days in a row, the staff made it easy to sort out accommodations. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of delicious food made fresh. The Hilton Midtown Guadalajara is inside a very nice mall and close to local attractions. I had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Guadalajara. Thanks especially to Blanca and Eric, and the rest of the hotel staff.

We also used the pool service during our stay, and it was good. At the front desk, Itzel was welcoming and very helpful when we arrived. She managed to get us a room despite our early arrival, which made a big difference to our travel plans and helped us feel at ease since it was our first time in the city.

The breakfast and coffee were delicious, and both the service and cleanliness were good. I liked the location and atmosphere too. The gym has plenty of space, but could use more weight options, and some equipment needs service or replacement. They clean regularly; it would also be nice to have supplies available for guests to wipe things down.
