Alex/Alejandro made a point of looking after everyone and made us feel like family. The rest of the staff were just as committed to making our stay relaxing and fun. Chef Santiago prepared meals that were delicious and beautifully presented, and we could choose what we wanted. The maid service came every day, so the rooms and shared spaces stayed clean and comfortable. We also held our wedding dinner and reception here for 30 people, and the setting felt intimate and turned out beautifully. The house is a great fit for a smaller event like that. As a place to stay, Hacienda Sayulita was incredible for our group. The bedrooms are spacious and lovely, each with its own bathroom for privacy. There’s an infinity pool and hot tub, plus balconies with beautiful Sayulita views, including a huge rooftop deck. The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully decorated, with a downstairs game room, bar, and movie theater that people of all ages enjoyed. We didn’t want to leave and hope to come back soon.

Our 11 adults and 8 kids, ages 3 to 17, had a fantastic time at Hacienda Sayulita. There was plenty of space to gather together or get some privacy, and the rooms and bathrooms are large. The decor is classy. We watched a movie in the theater and took family pictures on the rooftop at sunset. The kids could play noisily in the downstairs game room while the adults had their own time by the pool. Everyone was in the pool or at the beach every day, and the beach is about five minutes away by golf cart. The house worked really well for our big family. Housekeeping kept up with the daily kid mess and cleaned the beds and bathrooms every day. They even collected the pool towels, washed them, and left them clean and fluffy for the next day. Jorge was always willing to help, including when our golf carts wouldn’t charge. He’d say yes to any request, make the kids pina cola smoothies during their swims, and whip up an iced coffee when asked. Chef Santiago could make whatever we requested, and having midday snacks meant we didn’t have to bundle the kids into town for lunch. He always had enough food for everyone at meals. We had empanadas, chilaquiles, enchiladas, tacos, fresh juices, churros, ceviche, and plenty of pico de gallo, salsa, guacamole, and fresh chips. Such a lovely stay. Thanks, Haceinda Sayulita.

We had a group of 17 and had a great time. The staff handled everything, from arranging our excursions to preparing and serving the wonderful food and drinks. We’ll definitely come back.

The whole family had the best time, with 16 adults and 3 children. Alex, the houseman, Santiago the chef, and the three lovely house ladies made everything feel first class, from the food and drinks to the rest of the service. Alex arranged a fabulous boat trip. We enjoyed swims, sunsets, thunderstorms, and walks to the beach. The grandkids went ziplining and horseback riding, while Gammy, Poppy, and the little ones hardly left the Hacienda. Just the best.

For a group of 10-16 visiting Sayulita, this is a great place to stay. The accommodations are top notch, and the staff are both friendly and professional. The views of our favorite part of Mexico are amazing. Highly recommended.
