The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed, but it was small enough that the bed was the only place to sit. Most days there was a slight sewage smell, and the toilet had flushing problems. My partner ended up using the poolside bathroom most of the time. The hotel is beside a nightclub, and loud live bands and karaoke carried into the room until the early hours, making it hard to sleep. We asked to have the room made up and toilet paper replenished while we were at the beach, but the request hadn’t been done when we got back. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and welcoming, but given the noise and plumbing issues, I think the room was pricey despite seeming reasonable when I booked. I wouldn’t return, since a peaceful night’s sleep matters to me on vacation. Bring earplugs!

Miguel, the owner, and the rest of the staff were so friendly that I felt very welcome. The room was small but thoughtfully designed and equipped. There was a loud bar next door, though I’ve found lots of hotels in Sayulita are near noisy bars, and this one wasn’t the worst.

Abi, I think her name was Abigail, at reception was really helpful and made booking and the stay easy. My container had a fantastic shower with hot water and just the right pressure. There’s a beautiful pool with easy access, the bus station is right beside it, and you can walk to everything. Great restaurants are nearby, too. I’d stay again.

We felt really safe, and the staff were so friendly. The hotel sits just outside the busy area, but everything is still a quick walk away. Our room was lovely, and the pool was super clean. We had an amazing stay and would have liked a bit more kitchen equipment for making breakfast in the mornings.
